###### How does commercial delivery work?
Call us, and let's work it out! If it's a large enough order, we're happy to make custom arrangements for pick up or delivery.
###### How do I place an Azure Standard order?
1. Take a [look at the Clam Packed delivery Calender](https://clampacked.delivery/delivery-schedule?hsLang=en) and see when the most convenient delivery day would be for you on your island.
2. Go to Azure Standard and place your order as usual.
3. Select the Anacortes location with Meg Frost's name as your drop-off location.
4. **PLEASE NOTE**: Clam Packed Delivery will pick up your order from its drop point the morning of the Clam Packed Delivery date NOT THE AZURE DELIVERY DATE. This may result in a long delay from the Azure delivery date to the Clam Packed Delivery date if this is done improperly.
5. Send an email to [Answers@clampacked.delivery](mailto:Answers@clampacked.delivery) saying that you have an order for either Lopez, Orcas, or San Juan that corresponds with the appropriate delivery date on the Clam Packed calendar. Please make a note if you have any single items that might exceed the size of a cat carrier.
6. Meet Cedric Keneipp at the drop point on your island at the specified time on the calendar.
As Clam Packed grows our client base, we will have the ability to add more delivery dates and offer more flexibility to the ordering process.
###### How do I place a Whole Foods order?
1. Go to [https://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/](https://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/)
2. In the upper left corner, next to the Whole Foods logo, click to **Update Location**.
3. In the pop-open panel, choose the **Pick up** tab and **type the zip code** **98225.**
4. Choose the location **Bellingham Lakeway** as your store.
5. Scroll and search to add products to your cart.
6. Check out and place your pick up time and date as the morning before the next delivery date for your island. For instance if your island’s delivery is on Monday morning, place the order for 9am on Sunday.
7. Pay for your groceries.
8. You will receive a confirmation email or text with a pick up code.
9. Send the code you received from Whole Foods to [Answers@clampacked.delivery](mailto:Answers@clampacked.delivery)
10. We will pick up your order using that code.
We will not pick up any items that must be held upright during transit, this includes any cakes, deli trays, or pastries that have frosting.
###### How do I place a Safeway order?
1. Go to [https://www.safeway.com/](https://www.safeway.com/)
2. In the upper left corner, next to the Safeway logo you'll see an address. Click on it.
3. In the pop up box, **type the zip code** **98225** and **select the Pick Up tab.**
4. Select **1275 East Sunset Drive** in Bellingham as your store.
5. Scroll and search to add products to your cart.
6. Check out and place your pick up time and date as the morning before the delivery expected for your island. For instance if your island’s delivery is on Monday morning, place the order for 9am on Sunday.
7. Pay for your groceries.
8. You will receive a confirmation email or text with a pick up code.
9. Send the code you received from Safeway to [Answers@clampacked.delivery](mailto:Answers@clampacked.delivery)
10. We will pick up your order using that code.

###### How do I place a Hela Provisions order?
It's a straightforward process to place an order with Hela Provisions. You can browse their site and add anything to the cart you like. Check out, select Clam Packed Delivery, and pay. That's it!
1. [Go to the Hela Provisions website](https://helaprovisions.com/), scroll or search for the products you want, and click **Add to cart **for each item (excluding alcohol, for now\*).
2. When your list is complete, go to **Cart** in the upper-right corner and click **Check Out** at the bottom**.**
3. Under **Delivery,** choose **Pick up.** From **Store locations,** choose **Clam Packed. **
4. Complete your order by paying online**.**
5. Hela Provisions will contact us to pick up your order.
6. Done! We will reach out to you with the shipping details.
###### How do I place a CHEF'STORE order?
It's a straightforward process to place an order with CHEF'STORE. You can browse their site and add your items to the cart. Choose **Check out**, and on the **Details** page in the **Notes** section on the form, say, "Clam Packed Delivery Pickup."
1. [Go to the CHEF'STORE website](https://www.chefstore.com/), search for the products you want, and **Add to cart **for each item.
2. When your list is complete, go to **Cart** in the upper-right corner and click **Check Out.**
3. On the **Details page, in the Notes** section on the form say, "Clam Packed Delivery Pickup."
4. Send us your confirmation email to [answers@clampacked.delivery](mailto:answers@clampacked.delivery). ***This will be the only way we know to pick up your order. ***
5. Done! We will reach out to you with the shipping details.
We will not pick up any items that must be held upright during transit.
###### How do I place a CHS Farm & Home order?
1. Go to [https://www.chsnw.com/about-us/locations/bellingham/](https://www.chsnw.com/about-us/locations/bellingham/)
2. Explore all of the products you are interested in on their website
3. Call, or Email Tod Jackson (the store manager) @ (360) 306-3880 or [Tod.jackson3@chsinc.com](mailto:Tod.jackson3@chsinc.com) with your order or any questions you have about items
4. Tell Tod that Clam Packed Delivery will come by and pick it up for you
5. Email [Answers@clampacked.delivery](mailto:Answers@clampacked.delivery) that you have an order placed with CHS and we will pick it up on our next shipment to your island.
###### How do I place a Walmart order
- Go to [https://www.walmart.com/](https://www.walmart.com/)
- Sign into your Walmart account (or create one if you don't have one).
- On the homepage, select "How do you want your items?" and choose Pickup.
- Enter zip code 98226 and select the store at 4420 Meridian St, Bellingham, WA (Store #2450) as your pickup location, then save it as your store.
- Search for and add products to your cart. Not all items are available for pickup — items that aren't will be flagged for shipping instead.
- Select your pickup date and time as the morning before the next delivery date for your island. For instance, if your island's delivery is on Monday morning, place the order for that Sunday morning.
- Reserve a pickup time slot. Note that once you start your order, you'll typically have about an hour to finish shopping before the slot expires.
- Go to checkout, select "Checkout all items," confirm your pickup time, and enter your payment method to place the order.
- You'll get a confirmation email, then a "Ready for Pickup" email or text when your order is packed and waiting.
- Send the confirmation to [Answers@clampacked.delivery](mailto:Answers@clampacked.delivery) so we know the order is ready, and know what we are looking to pickup.
###### How do I place a Trader Joe's order?\*
\*Please note that Trader Joe's orders will incur a $25 shopping fee per order. Shopping fees are in addition to the subscription fee and will be added to the amount due at delivery.

Trader Joe's has made a handy-dandy shopping list feature on their website. You add the products you want, save your shopping list as a PDF, and email it to [answers@clampacked.delivery](mailto:answers@clampacked.delivery). That's it!
1. [Go to the Products section on the Trader Joe's website](https://www.traderjoes.com/home/products/category/food-8), scroll or search for the products you want, and click **ADD TO LIST **for each item you want.
2. When your list is complete, go to the upper-right corner and click** Shopping List.**
3. On the right side of the screen, click **Print the List.**
4. **Choose to save the list as a PDF** rather than printing it on a piece of paper.
5. ###### What will Clam Packed deliver to the San Juan Islands?
As we're starting Clam Packed operations, we're focusing first on Trader Joe's by popular demand, and have recently added Hela Provisions, CHEF'STORE, and Hardware Sales.
Our goal is to expand the catalog to all the goodies Islanders want from Bellingham to Anacortes.

###### How do I sign up for Clam Packed Delivery?
You can subscribe through our website by selecting the once-per-month or twice-per-month delivery option or the three pack for more temporary stays. Orders must be placed at least **4 days in advance** of your scheduled delivery date.
###### What’s the difference between the subscription options?
- **Standard Subscription**: $49 per delivery, six-month minimum.
- Choose **once or twice per month** delivery when signing up.
- **Founding Members**: The first 60 clients will lock in a $39 rate for five years.
- **Three-pack delivery** must be used within 6 months. Arrange deliveries with us based on our route availability.
###### Can I make a one-time delivery without subscribing?
Yes! One-time deliveries are $80 per order (or $150 during holiday periods). Arrange deliveries with us based on our route availability.
Subscribers are **exempt** from holiday pricing increases.
###### What does each delivery include?
Each delivery includes up to **50 gallons** (one large tote) of groceries and home consumables. Minor overages will incur a $15 fee. Orders over 100 gallons may be charged $35 per extra tote.
###### What items can and can’t you deliver?
We focus on delivering consumables such as **groceries, batteries, and home-use goods**. We deliver what is currently listed in our catalogue on clampacked.delivery.
###### Where and when can I pick up my order?
Orders are available for **pickup on Orcas, San Juan, and Lopez Islands** at our designated drop-off point. We arrive around **8:30 AM** and leave on the **4:50 PM ferry** or when all orders have been picked up.
###### What if I miss my pickup window?
If you miss the pickup window:
- First no-show = $50 rescheduling fee.
- Notify us **by 5 PM the day before** to reschedule without a fee.
- Second consecutive no-show = $100 fee, and your unclaimed groceries will be **donated**.
###### What happens if an item is out of stock or arrives damaged?
We’ll try to contact you for substitutions. If we can’t reach you, we’ll skip the item. For damaged goods, send a **photo and description via email**, and we’ll arrange compensation by your next delivery.
###### How do payments work?
Client pays for subscription via clampacked.delivery. Client pay for each grocery order before or at time of pickupvia Venmo.
###### Can I cancel my subscription early?
Yes, but there’s a cancellation fee equal to **three standard deliveries**. After that, your contract is terminated.
###### Do you offer any special delivery options for caterers or events?
Yes. Caterers can request a **full truckload delivery** for a $300 fee (200–400 gallons). This must be arranged in advance.
###### Do you offer referral discounts?
Yes! Get **50% off your next delivery** for every new subscriber you refer who signs up for a six-month minimum contract. Discounts **stack** with each referral, so you can receive a discounted delivery for each referral.
###### How do I place a Fred Meyer order?
**How do I place a Fred Meyer (Lakeway) pickup order?**
1. Go to [https://www.fredmeyer.com/](https://www.fredmeyer.com/)
2. Sign into your account (or create one if you don't have one).
3. Set your shopping method to Pickup and enter zip code 98229 to find nearby stores.
4. Select the Fred Meyer at 800 Lakeway Dr, Bellingham, WA 98229 as your store.
5. Search for and add products to your cart using "Start My Cart." You can add special instructions for substitutions (e.g., "small red delicious apples only") in the notes for any item.
6. At checkout, choose your pickup date and time as the morning before the next delivery date for your island. For instance, if your island's delivery is on Monday morning, place the order for that Sunday morning.
7. Submit the order. Note: you can still edit a next-day order up until midnight the night before pickup, but same-day orders lock in once submitted.
8. You'll receive an order confirmation email (and can opt into text alerts) with your order number — this also includes notice of an authorization hold on your card for the estimated total, with final pricing reflected on your in-store receipt.
9. Forward that confirmation email (with the order number) to [Answers@clampacked.delivery](mailto:Answers@clampacked.delivery) so we know the order is ready and have the details we need.
